摘要
探讨了“九五”期间郑州纺织工业的产业地位、行业优势和面临的困境等问题，分析了技术改造与纺织工业发展的内在联系和当前技术改造的方式。文章认为，当前技术改造重点应是产业的整合、结构的调整，通过增量技改投入，将“各自为战”的中、小企业重新组合成以产权为纽带的大企业和长期合作、以合同为纽带的企业集团。
This article believes that the key points of the technological innovation in the existed textile industry are carrying out the regulation of the property and structure of enterprises, increating the put in of technological innovation, combining the middle and small“eachgohisownway”enterprises into large enterprise with property right as a band and group enterprise with contract as a band.
