摘要
讨论了木素酶生物漂白研究的一些进展，着重讨论了木素过氧化物酶（ＬｉＰ）、锰过氧化物酶（ＭｎＰ）和漆酶（Ｌａｃｃａｓｅ）的作用机制与调控因素及木素酶生物漂白工业化应解决的问题。
In this paper,progress of biobleaching by ligninases is dealt with,the mechanism and the regulation of reaction of ligninases including lignin peroxidase,manganese-dependent peroxidase and laccase with residual lignin components in pulp are emphasized,and it is concluded that biobleaching by ligninases holds a bright prospect in applying into pulp industry.
