摘要 目的观察甲状腺功能亢进症(下称甲亢)患者血清抗氧化指标的改变。方法采用化学发光免疫法测定健康人及甲亢患者血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离甲状腺素、促甲状腺素水平;采用酶法测定健康人及甲亢患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果甲亢患者血清SOD和GPX活性与健康人比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(t=2.33、2.16,P<0.05),而MDA含量则明显升高,差异有统计学意义(t=12.85,P<0.01)。结论甲亢患者血清抗氧化指标与健康人相比有显著差异,可作为临床疗效观察的指标。 Objective To observe the changes of antioxidation indices in the sera of hyperthyroidism patients. Methods Serum levels of FT3 , FT4 and TSH were detected by chemilumineseent immunoassay in hyperthyroidism patients and healthy controls. At the same time, the activities of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathion pcroxidase (GPX) and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were detected by enzymic method. Results The activities of serum SOD and GPX of hyperthyroidisrn patients were significantly lower than those of healthy controls (t= 2.33, 2.16;P〈0.05); while the content of MDA was significantly higher (t=12.85,P〈0.01).Conclusion There are significant differences in serum antioxidation indices between hyperthyroidism patients and healthy people. Serum antioxidation indices can be used as indicators of clinical curative effects.
