株洲地区儿童静脉血7种微量元素检测结果分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的通过对儿童血清中钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、铅(Pb)和镉(Cd)的含量进行检测,了解各年龄段儿童微量元素的缺乏情况及Pb和Cd的污染情况,为合理补充微量元素和防治Pb、Cd污染提供依据。方法将0~14岁儿童分成4组,取其新鲜血液分别用BH5100Plus型原子吸收光谱仪和BH2100型原子吸收光谱仪进行Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Fe、Pb和Cd含量检测,并用SPSS13.0软件对检测结果进行分析。结果株洲市男、女童间Ca、Mg和Fe含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Cu、Zn、Pb和Cd含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);各年龄组间Mg和Fe含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Ca、Cu、Zn、Pb和Cd含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);男、女童中Cu、Zn、Fe和Ca缺乏均存在年龄差异,Pb污染则未发现与年龄有关。结论株洲市男、女童均存在不同程度Cu、Zn、Ca、Fe缺乏,Pb污染也在一定程度上存在,故应注意合理补充微量元素,预防Pb污染。 Objective To investigate the blood contents of Cu, Zn, Ca, Mg, Fe, Pb and Cd in children in Zhuzhou area, understand the status of trace element deficiency as well as contamination of Pb and Cd, so as to provide basis for rational supply of trace elements, prevention and cure of contamination of Pb and Cd. Methods Totally 728 children younger than 14 years old were divided into four groups. Blood contents of Cu, Zn, Ca, Mg, Fe, Pb and Cd were measured with BH5100Plus and BH2100 Atomic Absorption Spectrometers. SPSS13.0 software was adopted to perform statistical analysis. Results There were no statistical differences in the blood contents of Ca, Mg and Fe (P〉0.05), in contents of Mg and Fe among different age groups; but there were in contents of Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd between boys and girls (P〈0.01), in contents of Ca, Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd among different age groups. There was age difference in deficiency of Cu, Zn and Fe in all subjects; Pb contamination wasn't associated with the age. Conclusion There are deficiencies of Cu, Zn, Fe, Ca and contamination of Pb to some degree. It is vital to supply trance elements rationally and prevent Pb contamination.
