微量白蛋白尿在原发性高血压中的研究进展 被引量:16

摘要 微量白蛋白尿(MA)是指尿中白蛋白水平超过健康人参考范围。目前研究发现,微量白蛋白尿不仅是。肾脏疾病并发症的预测指标,也是心血管疾病的独立危险因素,是高血压血管损伤的敏感指标,对于早期治疗原发病、分析病程进展、评价相关危险因素具有重要意义。故美国JNC7和2007欧洲高血压防治指南将血浆肌酐、尿白蛋白排泄率或尿白蛋白肌酐比值作为高血压患者危险分层的指标之一。
