摘要
针对首钢公司Z向钢板探伤不合格的现象,通过进行低倍、金相及Z向拉伸等检验,探讨了缺隆产生的原因。结果表明,钢中氢含量高是导致钢板探伤缺陷的主要原因。通过采取严格控制原辅料水分优化炼钢过程工艺、板坯和钢板轧后堆垛缓冷等措施,提高了Z向钢板探伤合格率。
For the defects detected by the ultrasonic test for Z-direction steel plate, by means of macroscopic test, metallographic inspection and Z-direction tensile, ect., the causes are examined.The results indicate that high hydrogen content is the main cause to the defects. By means of strict control on the moisture of raw materials and accessories, steelmaking process optimization and slow cooling of slabs and pile cooling of plates, etc., the ultrasonic test acceptance rate is improved.
