摘要
介绍热管蒸发器的工作原理和基本结构,分析热管蒸发器在硫酸装置高温废热回收中应用的可能性。硫磺制酸采用热管蒸发器的可能性较大,但仍需考虑露点腐蚀、高温硫化、热管的相容性等问题。对于硫铁矿制酸,热管蒸发器本身的技术问题和对高温炉气的适应性是其能否成功代替原废热锅炉的关键,可借鉴现有废热锅炉的运行经验,先在小型水洗净化流程的装置上试用,取得经验,逐步推广。热管蒸发器在沸腾炉内的应用,因温度较高,磨损严重,布置不便,应慎之又慎。
Abstract The working principle and basic structure of heat pipe evaporator are described and the possibility of applying it to high level waste heat recovery in sulphuric acid plants is analyzed It is more practical for a sulphur burning sulphuric acid plant to adopt the evaporator but some problems such as dewpoint corrosion, high temperature sulphidation and compatibility of heat pipe still have to be considered For pyrite based sulphuric acid plants, the inherent technical performance and adaptability to high temperature roaster gases of the evaporator are the keys to its successful replacement of existing waste heat boiler A trial should be made first in small scale plants using water scrubbing cleaning process, and with gathered experience,progressive popularization proceeds For application in fluidized bed roaster,extra causion should be exercised because of high temperature,severe brushing and inconvenient arrangement therein
