富氧冶炼烟气制酸用三转三吸工艺的优越性——高浓度二氧化硫气体三转三吸硫酸生产方法的技术经济论证 被引量:7

摘要 对含SO220%的高浓度烟气制酸工艺进行技术经济比较。认为采用三转三吸工艺技术上可行:能自热平衡,不必采用耐高温催化剂;经济上合理:较之先稀释气体至含SO212%再用两转两吸工艺,投资和动力消耗明显降低。与国外某炼铜烟气两转两吸制酸装置以及Topse和Chemetics联合开发的“4+2”两转两吸工艺进行比较,证实了可行性。根据分析,装置的总投资可节省2452%,吨酸成本下降4874元,具有一定的优越性。 Abstract A technical and economical comparison is carried out of sulphuric acid processes for high SO_2 (20%) smelter off gases. It is concluded that triple absorption process is technically feasible because self sustaining operation can be maintained and no high temperature catalyst is necessary, and economically reasonable for significant decrease in capital cost and power requirement, compared to double absorption process which can be used just after off gas is diluted to SO_2 concentration of 12% The triple absorption process is compared with double absorption process of a copper smelter off gas acid plant designed abroad and “4+2” double absorption process doveloped joinly by Tops e and Chemetics and verified The superiority is demonstrated by analysis with 24.52% lower total plant capital cost and 48.74 yuan/t lower operating cost
