摘要
本文建立了适用于分离检测碱性染料碱性红１∶１及色基的高效液相色谱荧光检测的方法。采用ＳｐｈｅｒｉｓｏｒｂＣ１８色谱柱，甲醇水为流动相，溴代十六烷基三甲胺为离子对试剂。碱性红１∶１和色基荧光检测的激发波长和发射波长分别是３１０ｎｍ和５５４ｎｍ。碱性红１∶１和色基的检出限分别为６７．２ｐｇ和５２．５ｐｇ。表３，图１。
Abstract The dye product basic red 6GDN was analysed by HPLC using a column of Spherisorb C 18 (5 0mm×200mm),the mobile phase of methandwater (88∶12,V/V) containing 0.4g/L CTAB,and the detective wavelength of 527nm.The method was simple,rapid,accurate and reliable,and has been applied to the productive practice with a certain degree of effct. 2 tabs,2 drawings,2 refs
