介绍了氯丁橡胶与甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸三元接枝共聚物胶粘剂制备,对影响接枝胶粘接强度主要因素进行讨论,并确定出最适宜接枝条件。表4。
Abstract Methyl methacrylate and methyl acrylate are separately distilled at a reduced pressure to remove the inhibitor in them. Methyl-, p-tert-butyl phenolic resin, chloroprene rubber A-90 and age resister are added into a 4-mouth flask, heated at 50~60℃, and stirred to dissolve the chloroprene rubber completely, and then, the above-prepared methyl methacrylate and methyl acrylate, calculated and put into the mixture, and the nitrogen protection provided, then raised to 90℃, the intiator dropped into the mixture, the dropping speed controlled, the intiator dropped over in 1.5~2h, the temp. kept at 90~100℃, the reaction lasted for 3~5h.
