摘要
添加碳黑能改进铸型(MC)尼龙的抗静电性能,然而它使MC尼龙的机械性能降低,使颜色加深,这一缺点限制了MC尼龙在许多领域中的应用,采用透明的抗静电剂和辅助抗静电剂可改进MC尼龙的抗静电性能,同时保持机械性能不变。本文给出了该抗静电体系对MC尼龙表面电阻率的影响及抗静电体系的耐久性,另外,简单的介绍了该抗静电体系的抗静电机理。
Adding black carbon can improve antistatic property,however,it can also degrade the mechanical property of MC nylon and deepen its color.These disadvantages limit the application of MC nylon in many fields.Transparent antistatic agents and assistants are adopted to modify MC nylon.The results of their effect on MC nylon surface resistance and the durability about antistatic property are presented in this paper.In addition,the antistatic mechanism in discussed is brief.
