摘要
制备了不同配比的PC/ABS共混物样品,测定了不同配比PC/ABS共混物样品的熔体指数、断裂拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、冲击强度、弯曲强度、硬度、维卡软化点、吸水率、动态力学性能。结果表明:(1)ABS的加入能改善熔体流动性,降低成型加工温度;(2)弯曲强度随ABS含量的递增而下降,断裂伸长率在ABS占50%(质量分数)为转折点,硬度变化不明显;(3)热性能有所下降,但和其它综合性能的提高相比是较小的;综合研究结果认为50%ABS,50%PC共混物的总体性能较好,此时抗冲性能最好。
Samples of PC/ABS blend with different blending ratio were prepared,and the MI,tensile strength at break,elongation at break,impact strength,bending strength,hardness,VSP,water absorption and dynamic mechanical properties of the blends were determined.The results showed:(1)the use of ABS improved the melt flowability,lowered the processing temperature;(2)bending strength decreased with the increase of ABS content,elongation at break had a critical point when ABS content was 50%,while hardness changed little;(3)thermal properties decreased a little,but the decrease was small,compared with the increase of other overall properties.The results of the comprehensive research showed the overall property of PC/ABS (50∶50) was good,with best impact stength at this blending ratio.
