摘要
目的:观察卡介菌多糖核酸治疗常年变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:对108例常年变应性鼻炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用卡介苗注射液0.5mg肌肉注射,隔日一次,疗程6周。对照组给予西替利嗪片10mg,每日两次,疗程相同。结果:卡介苗注射液治疗6周后,临床疗效明显优于对照组。结论:卡介苗注射液对常年变应性鼻炎具有良好的临床疗效,其作用机制提高细胞免疫功能,调节体液免疫。
Objective：To observe on clinical curative effect on treating perennial allergic rhinitis with polysaccharide nucleic acid of BCG. Methods： 108 pat/ents were divided into two groups at random, therapy group：the patients were taken 0.5mg bacillus ealmette- guerin injection for intramuscular injection, once every other day and the course of treatment is six weeks; comparison group：the patients were taken lOmg cetirizine hydrochloride tablets,twice per day and take the same course of treatment. Results：After six weeks treatment with bacillus calmette - guerin injection, the clinical effect obviously was better than comparison group. Conclusions： Bacillus calmette - guerin injection takes favorable clinical effect on treating perennial allergic rhinitis, its active mechanism improves cellular immune function and accommodates humoral immunity.
