摘要
通过探讨国家新资助政策出台的理论背景,可以看出建立健全高校贫困生新资助体系对于促进教育公平有着重要的现实意义。同时,针对贫困生新资助政策体系建立过程中出现的问题,高校有必要从完善贫困生资助制度,建立科学合理的认定体系,整合各类资助资源,发挥资助整体效益,坚持经济资助与育人相结合,加强贫困生思想政治教育等方面予以完善。
By studying the theoretical background of the new supporting policy system for poor college students, we can find out that establishing and improving the new supporting policy system has important practical significance for the promotion of education equity. In view of the problems in establishing the new supporting policy system, this paper points out that we should improve the supporting system by establishing scientific and rational recognizing system, integrating all types of supporting resources, improving supporting efficiency as a whole combining financial assistance and education, and strengthen the ideological and political work for poor students.
