摘要
加入世贸组织以来,河北省国际服务贸易增长迅速,但是规模远远落后于服务贸易发达省市,结构也不尽合理。然而河北服务贸易具有很大发展潜力,今后要按照扩大传统服务贸易出口与推进新兴服务贸易出口相结合的原则,大力发展国际旅游、劳务输出和建筑服务等传统服务贸易;同时,要重点培育信息网络服务、视听娱乐服务、软件设计、信息服务外包、现代物流、金融保险、民族文化等现代服务贸易。并通过加快发展生产性服务贸易、实施技术创新和培育国际品牌、延伸货物贸易市场、承接国际服务外包、扩大服务业招商引资工作、构建服务贸易发展的立体格局和鼓励企业走出去等方式实现。
Since the entry to WTO, the growth of H ebei provincial trade in services has been rapid, but the scale falls far behind the developed provinces and cities, and the structure is also incompatible. On the other hand, Hebei provincial trade in services has very big development potentials. According to the principle of expanding traditional trade in services export and pushing forward modern trade in services export,we should develop traditional trade in services such as international tour,labour service outputs and building service. We should also cultivate emphatically modern trade in services export such as network information service, entertainment service, software designing, information service outsourcing, modern logistics, finance and insurance, national culture, etc. We can make it come true by accelerating the development of productive trade in services, putting technological innovation into practice and cultivating international brand, stretching goods trade market, carry on international service outsourcing, expanding the work for attracting investment to service industry,structuring body pattern for the developing of trade in services, and encouraging enterprises to go and develop in international market.
