摘要
为了满足新疆地区少数民族多语言信息处理的需要,开发支持本地区民族语言文字的计算机软件很有必要,MUI技术是软件本地化的有效途径,围绕着Windows MUI、语言选项、键盘布局等关键问题,探讨了如何利用MUI技术实现英文Windows的维文化过程有关的技术方案、实现方法和具体步骤。
To meet the process of multilingual information of Xinjiang area, it is very important to develop computer software which can be supported with minority people＇s languages and MUI is the efficient way to localize the origin of software, In this article I would like to cover the questions related to the OS localization the language interface, Regional and Language options and the keyborad layout to discuss the blue print and way for the development of Uighur Windows from the origin of it.
