摘要
本文采用了不同类型的表面活性剂对酞菁绿进行了表面处理,考察了不同极性基团,碳链长度,表面活性剂用量以及不同分散介质对颜料粒子的粒径分布的影响,发现以-OH、-NH2和COOH作为锚固基团的Span和Tween类,脂肪胺和脂肪酸类表面活性剂均有利于酞菁绿颜料的细化。在锚固基团相同的条件下,碳链长度在12~18碳范围内随碳链增加有利于颜料的细化但作用不大。表面活性剂的最好用量为5%~7%。弱极性有机介质有利于酞菁绿颜料的分散。
Abstract In this paper,the surface treatment of Phthalocyanine Green G has been studied by use of different ionic and nonionioc surfactants.Surfactants with anchoring group-OH,-NH2,-COOH,are good dispersants for Phthalocyanine Green G such as Span,Tween,fatty amine and acid.The dispersion stability of Phthalocyanine Green G increases with hydrophobic chain increasing.Weak polar octanol is an effective dispersion medium for Phthalocyanine Green G.The addition of 5%~7% surfactant is suitable.
