摘要
阐述了无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎质量攻关目标、采取的措施及所取得的技术成果和社会经济效益。攻关轮胎外缘尺寸符合国标；耐久性试验时间高于９０ｈ以上；胎体强度全部符合和超过欧洲ＥＣＥ及美国ＤＯＴ标准；与法国米西林轮胎并装进行里程试验，达到同等水平；不圆度精度达到≤２ｍｍ水平；翻新次数保证３次以上；经济效益，仅无内胎全钢丝子午线轮胎的原材料国产化，就可降低生产成本５％，通过提高轮胎翻新次数，可提高轮胎的有效使用率２０％以上。
The goals,the measures and the technical and economical efficiencies of improving the quality of allsteel tubeless truck radial tire by tackling the key problems are described.The overall diameter of the resultant tire is in accordance with the requirement specified in the Chiness national standard;the endurance life is more than 90 h;the carcass energy is equal to or surpasses those specified in ECE or DOT standards;the similar results are obtained in the tread life test when the resultant tire is mounted side by side with Michelin′s tire ;the unroundness of the tire is equal to or less than 2 mm;the retread percentage increases by 2 or 3 times;and the production cost reduces by 5% due to the application of the domestic material.
