摘要
目的:分析中心静脉置管(CVC)伴发感染的相关因素,探讨预防对策。方法:对经锁骨下中心静脉置管的2102例肿瘤患者进行统计并分析其感染的多种相关因素。结果:总感染率为2.19%,其中局部感染1.57%,血液感染0.05%,可疑血液感染0.57%,局部感染合并可疑血液感染0.24%。其感染相关危险因素有:性别、病种、操作场所、操作顺利程度、置管部位、导管腔数、导管留置时间、敷贴过敏及合并症,其中具有统计学意义的因素为操作顺利程度、留置时间及敷贴过敏。结论:CVC伴发感染的相关因素可以预见,只要主动预防,可降低感染率,即使肿瘤患者经锁骨下CVC,其感染率也不增高。
Objective： To analyze the infection-related factors of central venous catheter （ CVC ） and discuss the prevention measures. Methods ： Two thousand one hundred and two cases of subclavian central venous catheter were systematic observation system- atiely described and the variety factors related to infections were analyzed. Results：The total infection rate was 2. 19%. Local infection rate was 1.57% , blood infection rate was 0. 05% , suspicious blood infection rate was 0. 57%, localized infection complicated with suspicious blood infection rate was 0. 24%. The risk factors of infection were associated with gender, disease, operation sites, the suc- cessful rate of operation, the number of catheter cavity, retention time, allergies to sticking and the complicated disease. The factors of statistical significance were operation, retention time and the allergies to sticking. Conclusion：The related factors of CVC infection can be predicted and prevented. By taking active intervention, the infection rate can be decreased, even in tumor patients with subclavian CVC.
