摘要
实验结果表明，复黄生肌膏可使创伤大鼠伤口愈合时间明显缩短，还可显著提高创伤大鼠血清及肉芽组织中纤维结合蛋白（Ｆｎ）含量，提示该药对血清及肉芽组织中纤维结合蛋白含量有一定的调节作用。
Effect of Fuhuang Shengji Ointment on wound healing time of rat,on fibronectin level in wounded rat serum and granulation tissue was studied.The results show that:Fuhuang Shengji Ointment can significantly shorten wound healing time of excised rat,and it also can significantly enhance fibronetin level in rat serum and granulation tissue.These suggest that:Fuhuang Shengji Ointment is a good regulator of fibronectin level in serum and granulation tissue,and enhancing fibrinectin level in serum and granulation tissue maybe one of the wound healing machanisms of Fuhuang Shengji Ointment.
