摘要
分析了社会转型期农民教育面临的焦点问题和现状,叙述了农林高校图书馆具有人才优势、技术优势和资源优势,利用这些优势,开创推进农民教育的创新模式:纵向推进和横向拓展,提高农民受教育程度和水平,对顺利解决"三农"问题具有很强的实践作用和战略意义。
The paper analyzes the focus problems and current situation of peasant education during the social transformation period , sets forth the talent advantage, technical advantage and resource advantage of the library agricultural and forestry universities. At the same time, it gives some advices on bow to utilize the superiority to improve the degree and level of peasant education. It plays an important role in solving the three agricultural problems.
