摘要
目的:探讨手足口病爆发性流行期分类治疗的应用价值。方法:对2008年3月～6月我院儿科收治的834例手足口病患儿进行回顾分析,根据病情轻重采取分类治疗。结果:834例患儿治愈829例,占99.4%,好转出院5例,无死亡病例。结论:分类救治可以减轻手足口病爆发性流行期卫生资源不足的压力,及时发现重症倾向的患儿,提高治愈率,降低病死率。
Objective： To investigate the value of classification treatment of hand-foot-and-mouth disease during epidemic period.Methods： 834 patients with hand-foot-and-mouth disease were analysed in terms of classification treatment from March to June, 2007.Results： 834 cases of children with 829 cases of cured, accounting for 99.4%, improvement in 5 cases discharged from hospital, no deaths.Conclusion： The classification treatment may reduce the pressure of health resources insufficience during outbreak of hand-foot-and-mouth disease epidemic period, timely detect children with severe tendency and improve the cure rate and reduce mortality
