摘要
本文认为:支撑我国产业升级的文化需求主要涉及民族精神、知识产权观念和品牌意识的整体构造。文章尤其强调:就发展中国家产业升级的紧迫要求而言,民族精神和品牌意识更具有先导意义,而知识产权观念则是基础性、持久性的文化配套元素。在产业升级这一关乎中华民族前途和命运的重大历史课题面前,唤起民族精神是一种最具可行性的发展战略(尽管同样存在某些人文艰难),而这一战略实施的集中体现就是在整个国家范围内形成全民族的自主品牌意识及其人人支持与奉献的精神状态。
The industrial upgrading has become a great challenge the Chinese Nation is facing. Does changing the industrial form of "Made in China" require the corresponding cultural support? Which kind of cultural ecology should be required if there is an intrinsic relation between cultural reshaping and industrial upgrading? This paper answers the above questions. It holds that the cultural requirement of supporting industrial upgrading is mainly related to national spirit, the sense of intellectual property and brand consciousness. This paper lays greater emphasis on the national spirit and brand consciousness, and regards the sense of intellectual property as a fundamental factor as for the urgent requirement of industrial upgrading of developing countries. Since carrying forward the national spirit is the most feasible developmental strategy, it is necessary to form the nation-wide brand consciousness and the spirit of people's contribution.
