摘要
以血液循环理论的发现和发展为例，分析了医学观在医学发展中的作用，提出了医学观更替的三个阶段，即原有医学观失稳且陷入危机、新观念的放大及其局部变革、整合并全面更替，揭示了医学观更替的一般过程及其机制。
By studying the discovery of blood circulation theory and its development,the author analyses the function of medical viewpoint in medical development,proposes 3 stages in the replacement of medical viewpoint,that is the former medical viewpoint shakes and sinks into crisis,the new viewpoint magnifies and changes partly,conformities and replaces completely,reveals the replacement process of medical viewpoint and its mechanism.
