摘要
通过对23个已确定HLAⅠ类型别的LCL进行TNF生物活性的检测,结果发现:携带HLAB52型别的个体,其LCL经LPS刺激后,TNF生物活性比不携带HLAB52的个体低(P<001),且以HLAB52纯合子细胞表达量最低,杂合子次之。提示,TNF的产生可能是一种受HLA特异性等位基因控制的遗传性状,影响TNF的产生可能是HLA复合体发挥免疫调节的重要因素之一。
おhe cytotoxicity of 23 HLAdefined normal LCL supernatants against TNFsensitive cell line L929 was tested.The results showed that culture supernatant of LPS stimulated LCLs from HLAB52 phenotype individuals(11 of 23) had a significant lower TNF bioactivity than those from nonHLAB52 phenotype individuals(P<001) and the HLAB52 homozygous cells(3 of 11)produce lower TNF than B52 heterozygous cells(P<0.05).These findings suggested that TNF is one of the important factor sparticipating in regulation of the immune response controlled by HLA and variation of TNF production among individuals maybe genetic trait associated with HLA polymorphism.
