用ＰＣＲ聚合酶链反应技术从人细胞间粘附分子１（ＩＣＡＭ１）ｃＤＮＡ中获取了其编码细胞外氨基端功能区Ⅰ、Ⅱ１８５个氨基酸的ＤＮＡ序列，构建了重组质粒ｐＥＴ／ｒｓＩＣＡＭ１。经转化宿主菌，通过ＳＤＳＰＡＧＥ，薄层扫描和Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎｂｌｏｔ。

By PCR method,a DNA fragment encoding the Nterminal 185 amino asids of human intercellular adhension molecule 1(ICAM1)was gotten and then cloned into expression plasmid pET28a.The recombinant protein was high expression in E.coli BL21(DE3) to a level of 31.6% of total cell protein and could react with mouse antiICAM1IgG specifically.The molecular weight of the protein was about 26 kD,as the same size of the calculated one.
