摘要
探讨了施工索赔的意义,分析了施工过程中造成索赔的主要原因,提出了提高索赔成功率的具体措施,以积累工程施工索赔经验,使索赔在工程建设中起到应有的作用,给施工企业带来应有的经济效益。
The meaning of construction claim was discussed, the main reasons of making construction claim were analyzed and specific measures of enhancing claiming success rate were proposed, so as to accumulate engineering construction claim experience and make claim play inherent effect in engineering construction and bring inherent economic efficiency for construction enterprise.
