摘要
选择贻贝为试样,经皂化后用CH2Cl2萃取,提取物经氧化铝柱脱色,浓缩后的样品溶于正己烷中,用紫外分光光度计在225nm和254nm波长上分别进行测定。结果表明,用波长254nm测定贻贝中的石油烃要比225nm的测定效果好;对脱色实验做了研究,用加标实验法计算了两波长测定结果的回收率(98.8%~110%),检测限分别是0.62×10-6(225nm)和0.052×10-6(254nm)。
Mussel was used as a sample and dichloromethane as an extractant. The sample extract was decoloured with an alumina columns. The eluate was dried in the decompression using a rotavapor. The residue containing the aromatics was redissolved in aromatie free hexane. The absorption values were measured respectively at 225 nm and 254 nm by UV spectrophotometer. The results show that it is the best wavelength at 254 nm for the determination of petroleum hydrocarbons in mussels by UV. The recovery rates were 98.8%~110% by the saponification,column separation of the samples. The detection limits were 0.62×10 -6 (225 nm) and 0.052×10 -6 (254 nm).
