摘要
排污交易是在市场经济条件下，实施总量控制的有效措施。本文着重探索了适合于我国国情的排污交易政策，并提出了几种排污交易方法。
Emission trading is an effective measure of total quantity control under the market economy.This paper lays stress on emission trading policy fitting for China’s situation and puts forward several methods for emission trading.
