摘要
对篮球意识进行了分析,对青少年篮球意识的培养进行了探讨。研究提出,篮球意识是在教练员有目的、有计划培养的基础上,通过运动员训练,比赛实践,自觉积极进行思考和磨练,才能逐步形成和发展起来。研究认为,青少年篮球训练阶段是篮球意识形成和发展不可或缺的重要时期。必须加强青少年篮球运动员篮球意识的培养。
In this paper, how to train and develop the ＂basketball awareness＂ is studied. The conclusion is that basketball awareness is formed and developed on the basis of coaches＇ intentional and planed training, through players＂ training, games practice thinking and practicing actively. The youth basketball training phase is essential to the period of formation and development of basketball awareness.
