Y形钢板治疗成人肱骨髁上骨折的体会 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨Y形钢板治疗成人肱骨髁上骨折的方法和治疗效果。方法切开复位Y形钢板内固定治疗成人肱骨髁上骨折21例,其中11例采用肘后正中切口,尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路;10例采用肱三头肌舌形瓣切开,复位后均使用Y形钢板固定骨折。结果21例患者均获得随访,随访时间1～2年,平均14个月。骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间4.5个月。肘关节功能恢复满意,根据Cassebaum方法评分:优7例,良10例,可4例,优良率为81.0%。异位骨化2例,无伤口感染、肘关节内外翻、尺神经损伤等并发症。结论Y形钢板内固定能为成人肱骨髁上骨折提供足够的稳定性,可早期行功能锻炼,肘关节功能恢复满意。
