摘要
论文首先分析了我国农村发展离网型风力发电的重要意义,并在此基础上从我国风力资源、离网型风力发电现状、存在问题和差距三方面进行分析,最后对我国发展农村离网风电的战略进行研究。
Firstly, analyzes the important meaning of stand-alone wind power generation in Chinese countries. Based on above studying, wind power resource, the status and problems of stand-alone wind power generation in Chinese countries and difference are analyzed thor- oughly. The strategic about developing stand-alone wind power generation in Chinese countries is researched in the end.
