固体基质无土栽培方式对樱桃番茄生长发育的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Different Soilless Culture-methods with Solid Substrate on the Growth and Development of Cherry Tomato

摘要 以"1319"樱桃番茄为试材,在日光温室内研究了3种固体基质无土栽培方式(砂培、有机基质培和蛭石培)对樱桃番茄产量、果实品质、净光合速率和植株生长的影响。结果表明,3种无土栽培方式的前期产量、总产量、单果鲜重和单果干重及株高均显著高于对照土壤栽培,部分测定项目的处理间差异还达到了极显著水平;3种无土栽培方式的总产量分别比土壤栽培提高了26%、35%和50%。但是,3种无土栽培方式的樱桃番茄果实可溶性固形物含量、果实维生素C含量、果实干物质含量与对照土壤栽培差异不大。在3种无土栽培方式中,仅蛭石培在总产量和株高上显著高于砂培。 Cherry tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.var.ceras(forme Alef.cv.1319) was used to investigate the effects of three kinds of soilless culture-methods with solid substrate on yield, fruit quality, net photosynthetic rate and plant growth under solar greenhouse in Tianjin. The results indicated that the early harvest yield, total yield, single fruit fresh-weight, single fruit dry-weight and plant height of three kinds of soilless culture were all significantly higher than that of soil culture, which consisted of sand culture, organic substrate culture and vermiculite culture. Compared to soil culture, the total yield of three kinds of soilless culture increased by 26%-50%, the content of fruit soluble solids, vitamin C and dry matter weren't improved by using the soilless culture. Among the three kinds of soilless culture, only the vermiculite culture had a higher total yield and plant height than sand culture.
