摘要
研究西北普通高校学生课外体育活动现状,了解学生对课外体育活动的体验和认识,分析西北普通高校大学生课外体育活动的兴趣、实际活动的项目、时间、动机、影响因素等,了解西北普通高校大学生课外体育活动的现状;探讨西北高校开展好课外体育活动以培养大学生对体育的兴趣及树立终身体育意识的思路和方略,并就此提出了建议.
In order to investigate the condition of college students＇ extracurricular physical activities in universities of Northwest China and to have a good understanding of students＇ experience and knowledge of extracurricular physical activities, interviewed some PE teachers in universities of Northwest China through telephone. Take on subjects students of Ningxia Normal University in the research, through the investigation on college students＇ inter- est in time spending on actual extracurricular physical activities as well as their motivation and influencing factors on them. Hope to have a further understanding of the current condition of college students ; extracurricular physical activities in universities of Northwest China. Propose some suggestion on these problems.
