摘要
全国联网已提上议事日程，联网规划更迫在眉睫，但其牵涉面很广，一时难以出台。文中提出一些全国联网的基本原则，以便构成一个初略的轮廓，以供参考。
The integration of power system in China is placed on the agenda, and to determine an interconnection plan for integrated power system is extremely urgent, but it cannot be easily worked out because of too many aspects are concerned. In this paper some basic principles on the interconnection plan are put forward.
