我国超市已经树立了良好的行业形象,越来越多的消费者选择超市购物。除了商品等传统因素外,情境因素也在影响着消费者对超市的选择和其购物行为,并且影响着顾客对超市的满意度和忠诚度,成为超市购买行为中不可忽略的因素。在分析了超市购物行为中的情境因素的基础上,根据情境因素的对消费者购物醒悟的影响,对超市进行合理的选址和整体布局,注重各种细节的应用,并提供优质的服务,结合情景因素进行符合消费者消费心理的促销活动,从而提升超市形象和声誉,获得更多的顾客流量,特别是更多的重复购买人群。
