摘要
以全细胞膜片钳制技术观察了正常及慢性常压低氧肺动脉高压大鼠肺动脉平滑肌细胞外向钾电流,并进行了四乙铵(TEA)对两种动脉外向钾电流作用的量效关系比较.结果表明:将细胞膜电位钳制在-50mV,当指令电位大于-50mV时,可以记录到电压依赖性的外向钾电流,且慢性常压低氧肺动脉高压时该电流较正常时为小;当指令电位为+70mV。
The outward potassium currents (Ik) of normal and chronic normobaric hypoxic pulmonary hypertensive rats and the effect of tetraethylammonium(TEA) on them were observed. The results showed that when cell membrane potential was held at -50 mV and command potential was larger than -50 mV, the Ik of pulmonary hypertensive rats was smaller than that of normal rats. When command potential was +70 mV, the doseeffect curve of TEA on the Ik of pulmonary hypertensive rats was rightshifted compared to that of normal rats.
