摘要
目的:研究输注异体紫外线照射充氧血(xenotrans- fusion of ultraviolet-irradiated blood,XUIB)辅助治疗对颅脑外伤后脑复苏的作用.方法:脑损伤后亚急性期可出现血液粘滞系数增高及血液携氧功能下降.导致普遍的高粘滞血症及低氧血症.在亚急性期给78例患者行XUIB,观察临床脑复苏状况及血液流变学化验指标,并与78例常规治疗患者对照.结果;XUIB组外伤昏迷预后等级(Glasgow outcomescale.GOS)计分及血液流变学指标均优于对照组.结论:XUIB对脑外伤后脑复苏具有明显的辅助治疗作用.
To investigate the therapeutic effects of the xenotransfusion of ultraviolet-irradiated blood (XU1B) on se vere brain injury. Methods: In the subacute period following brain injury, blood viscosity coefficient increased and blood oxygen carrying capacity decreased, thus general hyperviscos-ity syndrome and hypoxia happened. Seventy eight patients received XUIB for assisting treatment in the subacute period. Clinical brain resuscitation and hemorheology were observed and 78 patients subjected to the routine treatment were taken as control. Results: The results showed that Glasgow outcome scale(GOS) scoring and hemorheology of XUIB group had advantage over control. Conclusion: The XUIB has therapeutic effects on severe brain injury.
