摘要
高职院校教学团队建设是提高高职教师的数量和质量、加强高职师资队伍建设以及高职教育发展的需要。本文通过对高职院校现状的分析，发现了存在的一些共性问题，同时对如何解决这些问题提出了相应对策。
The construction of high vocational schools＇ teaching regiments is the needs of improving the quantity and quality of high vocational teachers, strengthening the building up of ranks of teachers and the development of high vocational education. This article found some common problems by analyzing the present situation of high vocational schools, and provided corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems.
