摘要
利益相关者理论是近年来颇受西方管理学界重视的一个新兴的企业管理理论,被认为是理解和管理"现代企业"的工具。旅游业关联性强的性质决定了旅游企业必定有众多的利益相关者。文章认为,旅游企业应该动态地界定自己的利益相关者,并根据利益相关者的不同特性灵活采用进攻、防御、维持、摇摆等不同类型的管理策略来处理自己与利益相关者之间的关系。最后,文章指出了旅游企业在进行利益相关者管理时应该引起重视的两个注意事项。
Stakeholder theory is a burgeoning theory in western management circle, it is regarded as a useful tool to understand and manage "modern enterprises". The paper thinks that tourism enterprises are sure to have amounts of stakeholders because of their inter-industrial character, therefore, tourism enterprises should dynamically define its own stakeholders and features of stakeholders. Then, tourism enterprises should take some suitable strategies in the management of their stakeholders, which are aggressive style, defensive style, consistent style and so on. Finally, the paper points out two shortages of the theory and its practice.
