摘要
林业产业的可持续发展是时代赋予的使命,在经济全球化加速发展的今天,林业的整个再生产过程,包括它的培育与生产、加工制造及销售服务三大产业,都不同程度地纳入了经济全球化。我国林业自然资源、经济社会发展、我国与世界各国的实际要求以及我国林业纳入经济全球化的实践等都要求我国林业必须可持续发展,继续顺应国际化趋势,遵循WTO规则,坚持全方位对外开放,大力"引进来"与"走出去",积极开展国际经济技术合作,充分利用国际资源与国际市场,以产业国际化来促进和保证我国林业产业的可持续发展。
The sustainable development of forestry industry is the mission bestowed by the time. In the present time with globalized economy, the whole reproduction of forestry including the cultivation and produce, fabrication and sales service has been influenced by the economic globalization in some degree. To meet the demands of forestry natural resource, economic and social development, practical requirements of China and the world, and the globalization practice of China＇ s forestry, the forestry of China should achieve sustainable development in compliance with the internationalized tendency and the WTO rules. The policy of multi-level opening should be adhered to, which implies ＂introduction to and from foreign countries＂ in a large scale, actively initiating international economic and technological cooperation, taking full advantage of international resource and market. Thus, the sustainable development of the forestry industry of China can be promoted and guaranteed through industry internationalization.
