摘要
目的:观察药物流产后服用左炔诺孕酮炔雌醇避孕药(商品名:特居乐)的疗效。方法:药物流产者452例,分为观察组(202例)和对照组(250例),观察组自孕囊排出日始每晚睡前服特居乐1片,21天后停药;对照组流产后不服用避孕药,均在流产后第1,2,3周及月经来潮后随访4次,观察药物流产后阴道流血时间、流血量及月经恢复情况等。结果:观察组和对照组药物流产后阴道流血量为月经量1～2倍者分别占58.2%、87.8%,少于月经量者分别占34.3%、6.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组月经恢复时间为25.8±2.5天,对照组为34.5±5.6天,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=20.42,P<0.01),且观察组无重复妊娠流产发生。结论:药物流产后及时正规使用特居乐具有减少阴道流血量、促进月经恢复等优点,缩短了观察药物流产结局的时间,减轻了受术者的心理负担,同时可有效避孕,避免重复流产。
Objective： To observe the curative effects of levonorgestel and ethinglestradiol tablets（trade name： Triquilar） after medical abortion.Methods： 452 patients with medical abortion were divided into two groups： the observation group（202 cases） and the control group（250 cases）.The women in the observation group were administered a piece of triquilar every night for 21 days since embryo sac was out,while the control group was administered no drugs.All objects were followed-up for 4 times（the first,second and third week after medical abortion as well as post-menses）,and the states of vaginal bleeding,bleeding volume and menses recovery were observed.Results： The percents of patients with large vaginal bleeding volume（1-2 times to the normal menstrual blood volume） in the observation and the control groups were 58.2% and 87.8%,respectively,while the percents of less than normal menstrual blood volume were respectively 34.3% and 6.1%,with significant differences（P〈0.001）.The durations of menstrual recovery in the observation group and the control group were respectively 25.8±2.5 and 34.5±5.6 days,with significant differences（t=20.42,P〈0.001）.Furthermore,no epicyesis abortion was observed in the observation group.Conclusion： The correct application of triquilar after medicine induced abortion is commended for its advantages such as the reduction of vaginal bleeding volume,promotion of menstrual recovery,improvement of abortion outcome,decrease of psychological burden for patients,as well as effective contraception and the avoidance of repeated abortion.
