基于汽车电子机械制动系统的EBD/ABS研究 被引量:13

Study of EBD/ABS Based on Electromechanical Brake System

摘要 采用电子制动力分配(EBD)实现了采用电子机械制动(EMB)后的汽车前后轴间制动力分配,提出了基于EMB的制动防抱死(ABS)模糊PID控制算法。在建立EMB模型及整车模型的基础上对三种典型工况下的制动过程进行了仿真研究。结果表明,通过EBD能实现理想的制动力分配,基于EMB的ABS能把各车轮的滑移率精确地控制在目标滑移率附近,具有较强的鲁棒性。 Electric brake force distribution(EBD) was use to distribute brake force between front axle and rear axle of car,which adopted electromechanical brake(EMB).A PID controller for anti-lock braking system,whose parameter can be adjusted automatically was designed with fuzzy algorithm.The mathematical models for EMB and vehicle were erected.Computer simulation shows that the brake force distribution is good and ABS based on EMB can restrict the wheel slip in optimum value on three typical conditions.
