碳纤维增强胶合木的受弯性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以落叶松为基材,对CFRP板和CFRP布增强的胶合木的受弯性能做了初步研究。分析了预应力加固和局部长度加固的增强机理和破坏方式。研究结果表明:在胶合木材的次表层采用预弯方法复合CFRP板,不仅可显著提高木材的抗弯强度和抗弯模量,而且还不影响外观、连接及表面加工。 Larch is used as a base board. The Glulams' CFRP board or CFRP cloth as reinforced materials performance of rupture has been studied in detail when adopting And the theory and destroyed style of reinforced Gleam under prestress and partial length have been analyzed. The result shows that by the way of preflexing, the Glulams combined with CFRP boards at the second connection mode and machining surface layers, not only have higher MOR and MOE, but also can keep good appearance at surface.
