对二氮杂菲分光光度法测定生活饮用水中铁检测标准的改进研究 被引量:6

摘要 对GB/T5750.6-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法金属指标》中二氮杂菲分光光度法测定全铁的检测方法进行了改进。试验表明,水样加盐酸煮沸、浓缩、冷却后再加入盐酸羟胺还原剂和显色剂比色测定,得到的标准系列线性良好、稳定性好。采用改进后的方法参加2008年国家认监委组织的生活饮用水中铁、锰检测能力验证(CNCA-2008-A09),测定结果为满意。 An improvement was completed in the determination of total iron by phenanthroline spectrophotometry (in GB/T 5750.6-2006 “Standard Examination Methods for Drinking Water - Metal Parameters”). In the experiments, water samples with the addition of hydrochloric acid were subjected to boiling, concentration and cooling down; after hydroxylamine hydrochloride and colour developers were added to them, determination was carded out. The resulting standard was of good linear characteristics and stability. The improved method was used in “The Test of Examination of Iron and Manganese in Drinking Water” organized by China National Certification and Accreditation in 2008 (CNCA-2008-A09), the test result was satisfactory.
