摘要
将400只7日龄铁脚麻鸡随机分成4组,在基础日粮中分别添加0、3%、5%和7%松针粉进行饲养试验,试验期30d,分别于10、20d和30d测定胸腺、脾脏和法氏囊指数的动态变化,研究松针粉对铁脚麻鸡免疫器官指数的影响。结果显示,30d5%松针粉添加组鸡只胸腺指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),10d时松针粉组法氏囊指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但其他各阶段的各器官指数差异均不显著(P>0.05)。研究证实,日粮中添加松针粉对铁脚麻鸡的免疫功能具有调节作用。
In order to study the effects of pine needle powder on immune organ indexes of Tiejiaoma chick,400 seven-day healthy Tiejiaoma chicks were randomly divided into 4 groups.The control group was fed on the basal diet without pine needle powder while the experiment groups of Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲwere fed on the basal diet with 3 % ,5 % ,7 % of pine needle powder respectively.The trial period is 30 days.On the 10th,20th day and 30th day the immune organ indexes were investigated.The results showed,supplementation of 5 % pine needle powder increased thymus index on 30th day （P 〈 0.05） ,and the brusa of fabrucius on 10th day （P 〈 0.05）.There were no difference for other indexes among treatment.It was confirmed that adding different levels of pine needle powder in diet could regulate the immunologic function of the chick.
