本文就小肽在反刍动物的吸收机制、小肽的营养作用和影响小肽吸收的因素以及饲料蛋白源活性肽的开发应用进行综述。
The absorption mechanism of small peptide on ruminant,its nutritional role and the influencing factors on its absorption, and the development and application of peptide from feed protein were reviewed.
