本文系统简述《资本论》的资本观；说明撇开其资本主义生产关系性质，对社会主义市场经济建设有着重要的指导意义；并运用上述观点。
he author is devoted to describing the concept of capital in the writing“On Capital”by Marx in a brief but systematic way,which is also significant and meaningful to the socialist market economy.By means of applying the above-mentioned concepts,the author tries to analyze the current capital management in China.
