摘要
基于在LaALO3衬底上用磁控溅射法制备而成的双面氧化物高温超导薄膜YBCO,设计了L波段高温超导带通滤波器。该滤波器采用了SIR型谐振器,利用高温超导薄膜在微波范围内的Q值比常规导体高1~3个数量级的优点,使器件具有小型化和低插损的特点。同时还研制了具有实用意义的全密封高温超导滤波器外壳,仅需液氮制冷即可进入工作状态。通过测试,达到预期效果。
This paper designs an HTSC bandpass filter in L-band, which is manufactured on the double-sided HTSC YBCO film on a LaALO3 substrate. This filter is made up of SIR type resonators with compact structure. Furthermore, the miniaturization and low insertion loss of electronic devices is characterized by tacking the advantage of the quality factor of HTSC film higher than the normal metals from 1 to 3 orders. On the other hand, the paper develops a practical HTSC filer shell which is all-sided air-proofed so that the filter can funetionate in the liquid nitrogen environment. Finally, the experiments show that the filter can work well as it is expected.
