Design of portable TPMS wheelrite reader based on Power Architecture

摘要 使用Freescale公司生产的Power Architecture处理器MPC5606S,设计了一种便携式TPMS轮胎定位匹配仪,并给出了总体方案、详细的硬件设计、软件控制策略和通信协议。最后通过台架测试表明:该系统轮胎定位匹配快速准确、通信可靠、组态灵活,有着广泛的应用前景。 This paper studied a portable TPMS wheelrite reader based on Freescale Power Architecture processor MPC5606S, and expounded the whole system scheme, its hardware design, software control strategy and communication protocol. The results of bench test showed that TPMS wheelrite reader possesses the advantages of fast and accurate activation and decoding of TPMS sensors in different wheel, reliable communication, flexible configuration and widespread application prospect.
